Digital Signage Training

The digital signage training workshop is for departments and staff who are already participating in the initial deployment phase of digital signage on campus.

If you are interested in learning more about digital signs, please fill out the Digital Signage Information Request Form to start participating in the project.

This workshop will cover the basics of managing digital signs using the campus web content management system, OU Campus. By the end of the workshop, participants will have the tools and knowledge necessary to:

  • Create slideshows
  • Add video to a sign
  • Update a scrolling text ticker
  • Push content to a screen
