What We Do

  • Provide login information to students and employees
  • Answer navigational questions
  • Answer processing questions
  • Troubleshoot printing problems from CMS
  • Troubleshoot basic software problems within Webex, CMS/MySJSU, FTS, CFS, Google Apps (email, Google Drive, Google Calendar),  and the CFS Data Warehouse
  • Provide training information to employees related to Next Gen Technology
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts for various technology systems to answer questions and resolve issues.

Hours of Operation

  • Monday—Friday
    7:30 am—4:30 pm
    (except on holidays when the university is closed)
  • Closed on Saturday and Sunday
