Indoor Campus Wi-Fi
The campus-wide wireless network, sponsored by Associated Students and San José State, covers almost every building on both the Main and South Campuses, including Spartan Stadium.
Outdoor Campus Wi-Fi
You can also connect wirelessly from outdoor areas around the Student Union, University House (AS House), MacQuarrie and Sweeney Halls, and the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. library. This is a major milestone in accessibility for students, faculty and employees on the campus and in the library.
Walled Garden
One special feature of the network is the Walled Garden that provides links to the websites for the King library, City of San Jose and SJSU without any login.
How to Login
For connections to other websites such as Yahoo.com or eBay.com, you will need to log in with a valid SJSUOne ID, your King Library PIN or a guest account plus a password.
- SJSUOne ID: You can obtain an ID and password at SJSUOne.
- King Library PIN: To acquire a King Library PIN, you will have to apply for a for a library card.
- Guest Account: To obtain a guest account, an SJSU staff employee or faculty member must request the account by calling Information Support Services at 408-924-1530 to have an iSupport ticket opened to the IT Services Networking team.
