Information Technology Services (ITS) provides a wireless network connection to the Campus Community named as "SJSU_premier". This network provides encrypted connectivity for wireless users that have a SJSUOne ID.
An unencrypted wireless network connection name as "SJSU_Guest" is also available to guests for access to the Internet.
"SJSU_MyDevices" is available to students in Residence Halls.

Students, Faculty, Staff and Guests.
What is included?
Wireless network coverage in all buildings across the main campus, south campus, Bunker Hill, North 4th Street, Ried Hill View Airport, and Foundry.
How do I get this service?

Guest Account: To obtain a guest account, you can self-register by following the instructions in our SJSU_Guest Wi-Fi Set Up Guide.
MyDevices: To obtain access to MyDevices, follow the instructions in our MyDevices Wireless Set Up Guide.
How do I get support?
Support for this service is provided Monday through Friday, during operating hours through the IT Services Help Desk.
Wireless is an IT Services Baseline service and is offered at no additional cost to the Campus Community.
