How do I get this service?
To request service and/or repairs, please complete our Telephone and Network (Internet) Service Request Form.
How long does it take to get the service?
Upon receipt of the initial request, a walk-through inspection will be scheduled by an Information Technology cabling technician. Once our cabling technician has completed the walk-through inspection and examined all relevant details, a quote will be created for non-baseline services and sent to the requester for approval. Upon receipt of the signed quote with a chartfield from the requester, the materials will be ordered and the work will be scheduled.
How do I get support?
Support for this service is provided Monday through Friday, during operating hours through the Information Technology Help Desk.
Cabling is an Information Technology Baseline service and is usually offered at no additional cost to the Campus Community. There are additional costs for cabling, ports, phones and computing equipment related to remodeling and new construction.
