Website Management - OU Campus
Information Technology (Information Technology) provides a Web Content Management System (OU Campus) that allows staff and faculty to create and maintain Web pages without having any technical web development experience. Familiarity with word processors and email programs is sufficient technical knowledge to use OU Campus to create and edit web content.

How do I get this service?
Departments can request a new website, faculty can request a new faculty profile, and staff, faculty, or students can request access to edit an existing website (provided they are authorized by the appropriate department manager or chair).

How long does it take to get the service?
Access to existing websites is dependent on approval from a department chair or manager. Training is available on an ongoing basis and is open to anyone who has been previously authorized as a contributor to a website.
How do I get support?
Support for this service is provided Monday through Friday, during operating hours through the Information Technology Help Desk.
Website Management - OU Campus is an Information Technology Baseline service and is offered at no additional cost to the Campus Community.
