Service Description

Information Technology Services (ITS) provides the Campus Community with Student Information Systems My.SJSU.edu (Oracle/PeopleSoft) which automates the administrative processes of the University and includes modules for admissions, student records, financial aid, and accounts receivable. Student Information Systems is used only by authorized SJSU employees to complete administrative tasks related to university business processes.

Who can use the service?

Students, Faculty and Staff.

What is included?

Access to the following systems:

  • My.SJSU.edu
  • Oracle/PeopleSoft
  • Financial Transaction System (FTS)

How do I get this service?

Access to Student Information Systems must be requested via the System Access Request Form and approved by the appropriate approving official.

How long does it take to get the service?

Access requests will be set up within five business days from the time of approval.

How do I get support?

Support for this service is provided Monday through Friday, during operating hours through the IT Services Help Desk.

Costs

Student Information Systems is an IT Services Baseline service and is offered at no additional cost to the Campus Community.
