Faculty and Staff.
What is included?
Adding, moving, or changing an active telephone line to an office location, and the installation of a telephone handset.
How do I get this service?
To request service and/or repairs, please complete and submit Telephone and Network (Internet) Service Request Form.
How long does it take to get the service?
Initial response to request within 5 business days.
How do I get support?
Support for this service is provided Monday through Friday, during operating hours through the Information Technology Help Desk.
Telephone Service is an Information Technology Baseline service and is offered at no additional cost for all state and self-funded departments.
