Account and Identity Management - SJSUOne
Information Technology (Information Technology) provides account management (SJSUOne) through an Identity Management system that automatically generates user accounts based on payroll and student information system data, as well as provides tools for modifying accounts, changing passwords, updating permissions, and updating personal information. The tool provides varying levels of services for individuals, departmental MSOs, and for IT administrators.
Who can use the service?
Students, Faculty and Staff.
What is included?
- SJSUOne accounts are created automatically for actively enrolled students, faculty and staff.
- To set or reset your password, please visit the Password Help page. The IT Help Desk can also assist with this.
How do I get this service?
A SJSUOne account is provided at the time of enrollment or employment.
How long does it take to get the service?
This is an automatic service.
How do I get support?
Support for this service is provided Monday through Friday, during operating hours through the Information Technology Help Desk.
