An Asset is a chunk of text or code that can be re-used on multiple web pages. When an Asset is updated and published, all web pages that use the asset are automatically updated and published.

Creating a New Asset

To create a new Asset, put your mouse pointer over Content in the top menu bar, then select Assets from the drop-down menu. You should see a green "New" button at the upper right of the screen.

Asset Types

Most users have access to four types of Asset:

Use this for any formatted content or script (use the HTML toolbar button to paste JavaScript)
  • Plain Text
Use this for unformatted text content
  • Image Gallery
Use this to create a slideshow of images
  • Managed Form
