Approve a Change Request in iSupport
- The Approver will receive an email with the request and a link to view and approve.
Click the view and approve link to start the approval process.
- Login using your SJSU email address and password. (The password is the same as your SJSUOne ID.)
- Review the request, and then click Approvals.
- Select Approve from the drop-down menu. Add any comments, if needed, and then click Submit.
- You will see an Action Submitted message. That's it! The request has been approved. You can then close the window and log out.
