Approve a Change Request in iSupport

  1. The Approver will receive an email with the request and a link to view and approve. Click the view and approve link to start the approval process.
    Step 1: Approval email
  2. Login using your SJSU email address and password. (The password is the same as your SJSUOne ID.)
    Step 2: Login
  3. Review the request, and then click Approvals.
    Step 3: Select Approvals
  4. Select Approve from the drop-down menu. Add any comments, if needed, and then click Submit.
    Step 4: Approve Request
  5. You will see an Action Submitted message. That's it! The request has been approved. You can then close the window and log out.
    Step 5: Completed
