If our online automated Set/Reset Password tool does not work for you, we can manually reset your password and/or look up your ID. To request ID and/or password assistance, please complete this form. We will respond to you via email--usually within 2 business days. Please do not submit multiple requests.

Note: Email phishing messages are sent regularly to many SJSU students, faculty and staff. Our IT Help Desk will often ask for your SJSU ID, but will never ask for your password. Any message that asks for your password is a hoax.
