If it has been more than one year since the end of your last semester, our online automated Set/Reset Password tool will not work for you. Instead, please complete and submit this form. We can manually reset your password and/or look up your ID. We will respond to you via email--usually within 2 business days.
Please Do Not Submit Multiple Requests. Never Give Your Password.
NOTE: Email phishing messages are sent regularly to many SJSU students, faculty and staff. Our IT Help Desk will often ask for your SJSU ID, but will never ask for your password. Any message that asks for your password is a hoax.
