IT Services Satisfaction Survey

The purpose of the survey is to assess the effectiveness of IT services, identify the current satisfaction levels for specific service areas, gather input on the desired level of services, and identify ways to enhance the delivery of IT services.

  • Nearly 1,000 people responded, including students, faculty, staff and administrators.
  • Overall satisfaction for IT Services is 4.02 on a 5-point scale

What we are doing well?

Our top three scores were your overall satisfaction with classroom technology support, phone services, and desktop support services.

What do we need to improve?

Wifi access and reliability, web support, Help Desk timeliness in solving problems, and IT Services web site. A complete list of low scores is included in the presentation and IT Services teams are building improvement plans to address all areas that need improvement. Updates will be sent to improve our services for you.
