Our objectives are customer-centered and service-oriented. Our focus is SJSU’s needs, and its vision stated in the SJSU Strategic Plan: Vision 2017 and the draft SJSU Academic Plan 2017.

We are a cohesive group of IT professionals working collaboratively as a trusted and respected partner in the campus community to advance San Jose State's mission. We support SJSU by providing effective, efficient computing infrastructure and integrated technology services to maximize user collaboration while protecting SJSU information resources.
What We Do
Our services include an IT help desk, employee training, desktop support for employees, Google apps support, voice (telephone, etc.) services, website services, information security, PeopleSoft security/job scheduling, application programming, CMS business systems/databases, network infrastructure support, database administration, imaging consultation/implementation, programming/user consultation and server management. We have aligned our strategic plan with the Campus Strategic Plan: Vision 2017, which was developed collaboratively in a series of 49 town hall meetings with the university community.
